This is a great guide to grilling with a Weber griddle! Adding a griddle to your Weber grill really expands the utility of your grill. Using a griddle for making breakfast is a joy. There is nothing like firing up your grill in the morning and making platters of bacon and eggs, pancakes and hash browns.
You can also use a Weber griddle to make classic diner style burgers by smashing those burgers flat on the griddle and letting them fry in their own grease. Adding a griddle to your grilling tools also makes seafood a joy to put on the grill. Shrimp is easy to grill and will not be falling through the grates. A griddle is absolutely the best tool available for blackened catfish. Of course there is nothing wrong with busting out your griddle for making some killer grilled cheese sandwiches.
There are many different Weber griddle options to chose from. I have two different versions and wrote this post about Weber Griddle Options to walk you through the options.
